I wake in the morning with my head feeling bleary.
The kids were up last night and I need to see more clearly
I stumble down the stairs with a baby on my hip,
She starts to scream "Drink Drink!" and I need to catch my grip.
My husband calls it patience, and others call it Joe.
I don't really care what it's called, I just need some - and pronto.
As soon as I take a drink... somehow I feel more calm.
It's like whispers to the soul, and/or a healing balm.

I see I'm not the only one as I check my Facebook.
A lot of us without our brew would feel like gobbledygook.
